1. Current availability

Lost Pet Signal promotes missing pets through local online advertisements. You can prepare a campaign draft and submit it through Stripe checkout. Our daily plan costs $19 USD per day; our weekly plan costs $99 USD every seven days. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Checkout shows the selected plan and billing amount before payment. Payment submits your campaign for setup and platform review; it does not confirm that advertisements are already running.

You can manage billing and cancel future renewals through the billing portal linked from your private campaign page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact hello@lostpetsignal.com for billing issues or refund requests; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Visiting this site or preparing a draft does not create a charge.

Photo identification provides editable suggestions and may be inaccurate. Maps use Google Maps and are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. If acting for another person or organization, you must have their authority.

• Do not misuse the site to harass, impersonate, defraud or locate people, or to claim an animal you have no legal authority to recover.
• Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, someone else’s private information without permission, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls or disrupt the website or its providers.

3. Advertising and recovery limitations

Local advertising is an additional way to spread awareness, not a guarantee that a pet will be found or returned. Geographic targeting is approximate. Reach, frequency, timing and placements depend on platform availability, ad review, location, audience and budget. Ads cannot be promised to appear to everyone in an area or continuously.

Platform names and logos illustrate possible channels, not guaranteed delivery or endorsement. We are independent of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp. Pet photos, map areas and sample advertisements marked as examples do not represent an actual active campaign or verified recovery result.

We are not an emergency response, animal control or veterinary service. Continue appropriate local searches and contact shelters, animal control and your microchip registry. Independently verify any sighting or person claiming to have your pet, and use care before meeting someone or sending money.

4. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of information and images you send us. You must have permission to share them. By sending a support message, you allow us to use its contents as needed to respond, investigate the issue and administer the inquiry. This does not authorize us to publish your personal details or launch an ad. By submitting a paid campaign, you authorize us to use the submitted pet photo, campaign details and chosen public contact information to create and manage your missing-pet alert.

The website’s original branding, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for its intended purpose but may not copy or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

5. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website analytics and communications. External links and third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content or decisions.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular recovery outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, or limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not override protections available to you under applicable law.

7. Changes, restrictions and disputes

We may update the website or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these terms. You can stop using the website at any time.

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required, and will not retroactively change an existing purchase without a lawful basis.

Please first contact hello@lostpetsignal.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or pursuing remedies available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
